Expect to hear sassy renditions of classic tunes such as Gershwin’s “Lady be Good” and the Andrews Sisters’ “Bei Mir Bist du Schein” as well as Dixieland favourites like ‘I Ain’t Got Nobody” and “Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams”.

The band is led by singer/guitarist Joseph Trudgeon and his regular collaborator, saxophonist Greg Sterland. They will be joined by their rhythm section of Dan Somers on Keyboard and Tom Allen on double bass.

As well as playing at festivals such as Glastonbury, Boomtown and Fanny’s Meadow, the Old Malt House Jazz Band have played venues across the country from London to the Brecon Beacons and Cornwall, much to the delight of local jazz lovers.
