Geno Washington and The Ram Jam Band are an English based Soul band originally active from 1965 to 1969. Now going stronger than ever!

Members: Geno Washington (Lead Vocals); Geoff Hemsley (Drums); Steve Bingham (Bass and Backing Vocals); Greg Lester (Guitar and Backing Vocals); Alan Whetton (Brass); and Nick Blake (Brass).

With support from Benny Guitar Carr and Lucy Piper

Whilst both based in the South West, their sounds come from a much farther place: the Mississippi Delta & its ‘Hill Country’ area, where both have spent time soaking up the music & culture. Lucy has recently worked with artists on blues record label Ruf Records, and learnt her trade playing with her blues musician father Julian Piper. Ben’s latest album ‘Good Times’ was described by Paul Jones on BBC Radio 2 as ‘excellent’.
