Face Time, by Chris Gill

Chris has written a number of different versions of this play, two of which having already
been put on as script in hand performances in Dorchester and Hertfordshire. He is re-
working the play for a short play festival due to take place in Hertfordshire in October of this
year, and hopes to give it a test drive with this group in March.

A Message from the organiser Chris Gill

We have now been running play readings once a month at the Marine Theatre for over two
years! The Theatre continues kindly to provide the venue free to support community drama.
We have a small group of regular attenders and we are always pleased to welcome new
people, whether they want to read or just listen. The selection for January to March includes
the play Dear Brutus, which we had to postpone from October last year. We are also giving
the Mark Healy adaptation of The French Lieutenant’s Woman an outing and experimenting
with a new play in March. If you want to go on our circulation list or have any questions
about the meetings, please contact Chris Gill through the Marine Theatre.

Please note all the coming readings take place on the second Monday evening of each
month. Please remember to bring with you a paper or screen copy of the script if you wish to read.
