Every few months something he tweets will go viral and he’ll gain a few thousand followers before they realise he doesn’t just tweet witty observations about public transport and songs about hating the U.K. – then they unfollow until the next tweet goes viral.
Ignacio has performed for the Wales football squad, opened for James Dean Bradfield of Manic Street Preachers, and has appeared on Live At the Apollo.
During the pandemic Ignacio has focused on putting more comedy content online, streaming live comedy events, running a weekly quiz, teaching people how to make Sangría, sitting on his sofa for 18 hours a day and occasionally crying in the bath.
At last count Ignacio’s videos have received over 20 Million views in total across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

James is an imaginative storytelling comedian who combines deft stand-up with daft stories. He is a headline act at most top UK comedy clubs. On TV Dowdeswell has appeared on Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC), Celebrity Deal Or No Deal (Channel 4) and Olympics Greatest Moments (BBC). He also played The Count in Ricky Gervais’ Extras. He is currently filming in his own comedy show about wine called “James Dowdeswell – Black Belt In Wine.” James is also a published author. He wrote ‘The Pub Manifesto: A Comedian Stands Up For Pubs’ which was published by CAMRA Books in November 2018.
RESIDENT TOM GLOVER
Originally from Bridport, Tom Glover has been hosting and performing at comedy nights in the south west since 2011. As well as being the resident compere at the Lyme Regis Comedy Club, Tom is also a regular host at the Weymouth Pavilion, Blandford Corn Exchange, Teignmouth Pavilions, and the Jurassic Fields Festival. His solo show A Glover Not A Fighter had a month long run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
