Recorded in November 2024 by renowned journalist and director Craig Hooper, the documentary captures a team of young people from Lyme Regis based music charity, B-Sharp, as they were hosted by Ian Gillan and went behind-the-scenes ahead of Deep Purple’s concert at the NEC in Birmingham.

The team got to meet the band, sound and instrument technicians, road crew, and Deep Purple staff members. They also got the opportunity to have lunch with the Deep Purple team, explore careers in the music industry and hear about ‘life on the road’. The day culminated with VIP attendance to the concert.

Established in 2007, B-Sharp supports children and young people to develop and
grow through music, teamwork and performance.
