


‘Supper by the Sea’ is a special moment created to enjoy freshly cooked food in the sea air.
The coming together of renowned chefs and food writers, James Whetlor and Gill Meller, creates a unique experience for just two golden summer days.
Guests can relax at long tables for evening dining under the stars. The views from the Marine Theatre Courtyard stretch across the sea eastwards towards Portland Bill, and west to the working boats in the Cobb harbour.
James and Gill will be cooking the freshest menu of Lyme scallops and hyper-local meats on outdoor fires to create the most delicious alfresco experience.
Wines will be chosen to completement the menu.
