Brian Cox has been acting for six decades, conquering the worlds of stage, television, and film. He’s worked with the likes of John Gielgud, Laurence Olivier, Meryl Streep, Anthony Hopkins, Michael Mann and David Fincher. In his 70s, Cox is at the peak of his career, recently playing the fearsome patriarch Logan Roy in the hit TV show Succession.

In Manhunter, FBI criminal profiler Will Graham (William L. Petersen) is called out of early retirement to assist on a serial murder case. Graham enlists the help of imprisoned serial killer – and cannibal – Dr. Hannibal Lecktor played by Brian Cox. Soon, Graham and the FBI are entangled in a deadly cat-and-mouse game between the Tooth Fairy, Lecktor and an interfering journalist (Stephen Lang).

After years of fundraising we are delighted to have a stat-of-the-art film projector which will enable us to show up to date cinema titles in our very own town. We’ve also improved our soundsystem and bought comfy new chairs to give all our customers the best film-viewing experience possible. This event marks the beginning of an exciting new film programme.
