From learning how to interpret a melody, to experimenting with improvisation and understanding lead sheets, this workshop will give you the basic tools to improve your playing/singing and musicianship and help develop your jazz vocabulary. Vocalists and instrumentalists with experience in jazz also very welcome.

ISQ is a London-based quartet whose music has been described as “…a melting pot of genres – jazz, pop, acoustic and experimental – which all blend together to entrancing effect…” and were a Time Out London Critics Choice.

All the band members are also jazz educators and teach in various music colleges and universities in London.

The workshop will be followed by a separate evening performance where ISQ will be showcasing their highly anticipated third album, “Requiem For The Faithful”. Read more here.
