“Pure, infectious joy”
– The Gallimaufry
Modern Gospel
The Good Stuff add a funky vibe to their joyful, feel-good gospel singing. This is gospel for everyone—no religious boundaries, just blissful sounds. With emotive harmonies and thrilling rhythms, this performance will lift your mood, demonstrating the explosive power of music to unite people regardless of faith or creed.
Drawing on influences such as Hozier, Jill Scott and Kirk Franklin they sound bang up to date but retain all the emotive force of traditional gospel singing.
What’s Good About The Good Stuff?
The group is curated by Bristol based musician Louise Victoria, a founder member of the highly regarded, We Are Lief. Steeped in jazz and groove-based sounds, she’s now the bandleader and musical director of this newly formed singing collective.
They captivated audiences at the Bristol Jazz Festival and Jazz Stroud, and are ready to bring their high-energy, modern gospel sound to Lyme Regis. Join us for an unforgettable night that will have you tapping your feet, clapping along, and soaking up every vibrant moment.
