Our new Community Play for 2022: ‘Lyme and the Sea’ by Andrew Rattenbury.

For the community and starring the Community.

Spanning over 1200 years from the town’s earliest inhabitants to the present day, we will discover the crucial role played by the sea in the lives and the livelihoods of its residents. We encounter the notable people who left their mark on the town, and a few unsavoury characters too. With lively music and songs, we will have the chance to learn and laugh our way through the ages.

The play is directed by Tessa Morton who has been running weekly rehearsals to bring the show to life with Musical Director Declan Duffy, alongside many organisers, singers, musicians and more. Follow updates on social media.

So, come and join a cast and crew of over fifty local people at the Marine for an unforgettable evening of enlightenment and entertainment.
