Refunds and rescheduling
Many events have been rescheduled or cancelled due to the pandemic. New arrangements are made public below as soon as decisions are made.
Ticket-holders will be notified of changes by phone or email as soon as possible—it is not necessary to contact the theatre.
If you cannot see the details for a particular event, that means we are still making arrangements to move it or a decision has not being taken on whether it will go ahead. We ask customers to kindly avoid calling the Marine as our staff are working from home.
If a performance is rescheduled, the ticket will be valid for the new date and you do not need to contact us.
If you are not available on the new date or an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund. The Marine is a charity with 80% of funding coming from ticket sales. If you feel you can, please consider forfeiting your refund as a donation to the Marine Theatre at this difficult time.
If you would like a refund to a rescheduled performance, you should contact the place where you bought the ticket.
If this was from Ticket Source, refunds are automatic when there is cancellation. Refunds are not automatic from Ticket Source if a date is rescheduled, and in this case please email finance@marinetheatre.com with the details and reference of your booking.
If your ticket was from See Tickets you will be contacted.
If ticket purchases were online and this will be from either See Tickets or Ticket Source; you can contact them here:
Contact See Tickets Contact Ticket SourceIf you bought your ticket via the Tourist Information Centre or the Marine in person on a Wednesday morning please email finance@marinetheatre.com for refunds.
Any refunds must be processed within 30 days of the original show date. Booking fees may not be refunded, as this is at the discretion of the vendor.
