It’s great news that you have got this far, it must mean that you are interested in our little theatre by the sea.

For many of us, this theatre is our pride and our passion. We enjoy working together to help make things happen here, keeping up the new, higher standards set by our Artistic Director, Margie Barbour. Since joining us in 2006, Margie has worked very hard to bring a more professional appearance both through the glossy brochures and stunningly varied programmes of entertainment. Jacky Hedley-Tuffs, a stalwart of the theatre for 9 years, remains a vital backbone to the day- to-day running of the theatre and, as our Chair, heads up the TheatreFriends committee.

Whether you are 8 or 88, membership of Theatre Friends offers you the chance to support the theatre by keeping it lively and progressive. Our main aim is to raise funds for improvements to the theatre by organising special events.
