LYME REGIS CHILDREN’S WEEK: Oops Wow Messy Art Group (ages 4-7 ) | Thursday 12 April

Artist Jo Burlington will run a children’s art workshop that explores the sea and crabs. This event has been rescheduled from Lyme Regis Children’s Week; all original tickets still valid.

Children will become crabs and decorate our own shells, which they can wear, and then draw as they dance. Oops Wow messy art groups are perfect for kids who love to make art and make a mess, and a wonderful opportunity for those kids who think they don’t. These are big fun activities that children won’t be able to resist exploring.

Jo Burlington is an artist who lives in Bridport. She trained in Fine Art at the Ruskin School of Drawing, Oxford University and then went on to do an MPhil in Practice Based Performance Research at Brunel University. She worked as an artist in London for several years, then trained and worked as an Occupational Therapist. She is now working as an artist and running process based art groups for very young children. You can read more about You can read more about Oops Wow here.
