Adopt A Year: Marine Theatre – The First 125 Years

Adopt A Year: Marine Theatre – The First 125 Years

As part of our anniversary celebrations, we’re looking for supporters of the Marine to do something amazing and adopt one of the years from our 125 year history.

You’ll get some amazing things:

  • A plaque on our wall
  • A certificate of your adopted year
  • An anniversary enamel badge
  • Your name on our website
  • A thank you on social media
  • An invite to an exclusive party.

Why?

All year round we bring cultural and social events to Lyme Regis – films, music, screenings, comedy, and community events. We want to relaunch our youth theatre, and include training for our new technical and lighting equipment that will soon be installed. James Cagney performed here between the wars. In the 1960s and 70s, The Troggs and Fleetwood Mac played here. More recently we’ve welcomed This Is The Kit and Tom Allen, and Sir Ian McKellen visits in July.

We’re here thanks to the support of you – whether you come to see a show, become a Theatre Friend, or volunteer.

By Adopting A Year, you will help us secure a legacy for the next 125 years to help us continue to deliver a rich programme for the whole community – and become part of our future with your name on our wall!

How?

Adopting a Year costs £125, and you can do this online via SeeTickets (click on link below), popping in to Lyme Regis Tourist Information Centre, or calling 01297 442394.

Thank-you for your support!
